3. Tesla Model Y
Rivian might beat Tesla to the market for an electric pickup, but SUVs remain the best-selling segment in America. And the Model Y is Tesla’s first SUV aimed at a mass market. While the Model X has been out for a few years, it’s an ultra-luxury vehicle that can easily top $100,000. The Model Y starts at $48,000 for a version that will go 300 miles on a single charge. The five-seat crossover can be outfitted with a third row, as well, though it’s likely to be a tight fit.
