Chevrolet has finally unveils the 2010 Camaro, which claim to be a Fun, Efficient Sports Car For The 21st Century. The car sales will begin in the first quarter of 2009. There will be 3 models to choose, LS, LT ,and SS. The LS and LT are powered by 3.6L Direct-Inject V6 which produce 300hp@6400rpm/370nm@5200rpm, while the top of the range SS manual version comes with 6.2L LS3 V8 which produce 422hp@5000rpm/ 553nm@4500rpm, where the automatic version comes with 6.2L L99 V8 which produce 400hp@5000rpm/ 535nm@4500rpm.

The 3.6L DI V6 gets 26 mpg highway and the 6.2L V8 with automatic gets 23 mpg highway, both of the engine to get such an impressive fuel consumption. RS appearance package available on LT and SS (includes HID headlamps with integrated halo rings, spoiler, specific taillamps and 20-inch wheels). The front and rear are independent suspension. The four-wheel disc ABS are standard for LS and LT, the SS gets four-piston Brembo calipers. SS model also gets adjustable Competitive/Sport mode for stability control and Launch Control on manual models.
